What do I need to know when choosing a photographer?
This is one of the most important decisions you will make about your wedding, as this person will be responsible for creating your memories for a lifetime. After viewing the photographer’s portfolio, be sure to ask any questions you may have. You will want to be sure ahead of time that you and your photographer are “in sync” with what you want.
How much notice do you need for me to hire you to photograph my wedding?
I’d like as much notice as possible, but sometimes things come up and I’ll try my hardest to be available for your day. Please keep in mind that certain times of the year are more popular than others and you should plan accordingly.
Do you have more photos of your work that you can email me?
I prefer to show you additional pictures when we meet to discuss your wedding. Be assured that I have many albums for you to view and one day, your picture will be included for other brides to see.

What will you wear at the wedding?
That is determined by what type of wedding you are having. For formal weddings, my tuxedo is at the ready. For more casual weddings, I will determine what will be appropriate with respect to what the bride and groom will be wearing.
Will we need to feed you at the reception?
A meal at the reception is always appreciated and won’t interfere with getting any important pictures.
What do you offer for packages and what are your fees?
I don’t offer packages as every wedding is different and every budget is different. When we meet, we’ll go over details of what you expect and determine how that will fit your budget. I want every couple to be happy with what I provide for their special day, so I work with you so that you receive exactly what you want.
After all is said and done, what will I get in the end?
You will receive prints of the event in a white silk album, a DVD of your photos set to your choice of music style, and a CD of your photos so that you can edit, make prints or send your photos by email.
Who owns the copyright to the photos?
Unlike many photographers, you will be the owner and copyright holder for your photos. The only caveat is that I will use copies of various photos in my albums and on my website for advertising purposes.
